I'm feeling good at the moment. I just finished a workout, The Biggest Loser Cardio workout to be exact. My plan was to put Connor down for his nap and jump on the treadmill, but it took a little longer than I expected and my hubby was on the treadmill when I came downstairs. So, back upstairs and some aerobics for me. To be honest, it's been a while since I've done that. I've been on the treadmill, and did lots of walking in the summer, but the DVD in the player upstairs was a prego workout if that tells you anything.
I am trying to lose a little poundage. I have an app on my iPod that has been helping me so far. At first I was lazy about it, but now I am faithfully logging my food and exercise every day. Chad's doing it too, so when he works out it makes me feel guilty, and I need to work out too. Helpful, in a pain in the butt sort of way. :)
I am off to shower while Connor is still sleeping, so I can be ready for our Valentine's dinner tonight. A babysitter and an adult dinner which will probably screw up my calories. Oh well. Tomorrow night I get to spend Valentine's day with my friend Erin, as Chad will be on the road, and she will be too, which brings her to Willmar. Yeah!
