Halfway through July already?

Okay, I looked at the calendar and realized it has been exactly 4 weeks since my last post. So, what have we been up to in the last 4 weeks you ask? Well, I had to pull out the planner from my purse, and I realized it was relatively empty! We had one hockey weekend in Blaine, and one short buisness trip with an overnight in Bemidji, and one in Brainerd. Otherwise, we've been home. Blissfully home! That means that our dog believes his home is our house, and not with Becky at the kennel. (Although he thinks he owns that place too.)

Ty spent his week with us, and he and I couch lounged a lot while Chad was working. Well, Ty slept and couch lounged. It makes me feel old to think that I can no longer sleep to the point where I have to decide if I feel like breakfast or lunch when I wake up. I don't feel guilty about letting him sleep that late at all. He's a kid, and it's summer!

We did have some sad news, and I've been debating about wether to post this on the blog or not, but I think it's okay. I was very excited to find out that I was pregnant during the last week of school and we were all very excited, but at 10 weeks I ended up having a miscarraige. It was pretty disappointing at first, but I am definitely feeling better about it now. I know that it wasn't the right time, or something wasn't right with the baby, and I know that everything will work out at the right time. p.s. I have the best husband ever! He is awesome at taking care of me.

So, July has been eventful and uneventful at the same time. I am thinking that August will pick up again, and we intend to enjoy it to the fullest!
