Not a single post in October?

That's right folks. I've become a blog slacker. Oh well, it happens to the best of us from time to time. You have no choice but to live with it. :) Here's what I came up with for what we did in October.

  • Hockey - We've been to a couple of Wild games. Home opener, and another game with friends. Both wins for the Wild! Chad also went to another game with a customer, but I think they lost that one. No Trisha good luck vibes I guess.
  • Work has been busy for both of us. I feel like I've had meetings after school almost every day lately. I just want time to stay caught up on paperwork and planning lessons! Chad has been a busy boy too, but he is always working hard.
  • Pheasant Opener - The Berg family hunt was a blank, no birds, but it's always fun to see the family all dressed in orange. Chad's been out a few more times and gotten some birds, but none for me so far. We had the first one in the crock pot last Sunday. Yum!
  • My birthday! :) Always a day for celebration. My parents came down for a Friday night and hung out on Saturday. We carved some pumpkins, which turned out great, but ended up being pretty moldy by the time Halloween came around. Speaking of Halloween...
  • We ate our own candy. We didn't have a single trick-or-treater! Seriously! Last year we had some, not a whole lot, but this year, not a one. Well, my friend Sally stopped by, but she wasn't in costume, so she doesn't count.

Well, I know it's boring, and picture-less, but I promise to do better next time. :)
