Just call me Jeeves

Chad has to travel a lot for his job. That means nights away from home, and lots of driving during the day. Well, he had some sort of allergic reaction this week, and the doctor gave him some medication that makes him drowsy. So, yesterday I got to be his chauffeur for the day.
I've actually travelled quite a bit with him this summer. He usually drives though! I feel like the Johnny Cash song. I've been to (MN) Grand Marais, Duluth, Cloquet, Blaine, South St. Paul, Eagan, Mankato, Thief River Falls, Roseau, Bemidji, Fosston, Jenkins, Brainerd, Sauk Centre, West Union, (ND) Grand Forks, Minot, Fargo, Mandan, Medora, and many more. We also swung over to MT in June to visit Chad's family, so we include Billings, Red Lodge and Garryowen in that list of places. :) Here are a few pictures from that trip.

View of the mountains on the way from Billings to Red Lodge. You can see the snow on top, they just got it a few days before we got there (the middle of June) and there was an avalanche that closed part of the Bear Tooth Pass.
This one was where we decided to turn back on the Pass. It's beautiful, but not very fun to drive! This last one is at the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Don't we look like cute little history dorks?

Hey lady! It's Rosie. I saw Chad yesterday at work! I walked into our lunchroom and there was a familiar face. Right away I asked if you were waiting out in the car for him, being that you're his driver and everything. But alas, that was just last week! :)

Chad told me right away that he saw you! He passed on your hello, just like he was supposed to. :) No chauffeuring him this week, only chauffeuring Tyler to hockey. Next week I will get to drive myself to work. :( Hope all is well with you!
